Eric Perraudin

Eric Perraudin is a
professional management consultant who started his career at Cap Gemini
Ernst & Young and PwC consulting. He specializes in strengthening
corporate strategy and implementing it to quickly deliver measurable
results to clients, with a focus on the needs of the financial industry.
Recently, he has advised financial institutions and major companies to
set up new Japan operations, define investment strategy, create
investment teams and improve service operations of their acquisitions.
Eric is very “bullish” on Japan and believes that bringing “best
practice” of foreign management to Japan can bring spectacular results
as shown by the Nissan turnaround and the stellar returns (60%) achieved
by investors such as Ripplewood. Eric holds a Master in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Paris as well as an MBA form MIT Sloan School of
Management. He is married to a Japanese woman and has been enjoying life
in Japan for 10 years. |
Sachi Watanabe

Sachi Watanabe is a
consultant specialized in
cross-cultural
business. who assists foreign companies to enter the Japanese market or
develop their Japan base. She helps them better grasp the complexities
of Japanese culture and use it to their advantage. She has deep
understanding of Japanese market and has realized several market
analysis to comfort foreign companies position in Japan. She is also
appreciated as a consultant and facilitator that can effectively "fill
the gap" between Japanese and foreign cultures. She has also helped several
international companies to introduce their worldwide best practice
process in their Japanese subsidiaries. She is also experienced in
accounting and company administration and provides decisive help to

UK and studied 2 years in the US where she earned a Masters degree in

Victoria Bolam is CEO of Action Japan International, a change
management company located in Tokyo, Japan. Victoria has spent 13
years in Japan working with a wide range of companies, which include
traditional Japanese manufacturing companies, government agencies
and media enterprises. Victoria concentrates on implementing
successful corporate culture change in multinationals struggling to
bridge corporate and local cultures. Clients include Fortune 500
companies, and span the fields of technology, financial services,
manufacturing, and aviation. Victoria previously worked for Deloitte
Consulting assisting the establishment of the change management
practice in Japan. Action Japan also provides leading-edge
leadership development and training to multinational and Japanese
companies operating in Japan. Victoria is an executive board member
for the British Chamber of Commerce, and the vice-chair of the
European Business Community’s HR Committee in Tokyo.

Lionel Dersot

Lionel Dersot is a
communications and media professional as well as an expert on Japan where he has lived
for 20 years. He began his career as a journalist and has been a
reporter for several publications from Japan (CD-ROM Fan), the US
(Wired Magazine) and France (Science et Vie Junior). Through this
experience, he has gained very valuable insights on Japanese society and
motivations of Japanese consumers. He has put his expertise at work to
help several foreign companies to successfully enter the Japanese
market. Recently, he has advised a major insurance company on developing an
effective marketing strategy and CRM system for their direct marketing website.
Thanks to its expertise as a communicator, Lionel is also a very
demanded facilitator and trainer. He has animated several training
sessions at major corporations deploying new software. Lionel holds a master degree in foreign languages from Paris Dauphine
University and an MBA from ENPC.
He also is a lecturer on media and communications for several universities. |

such as Simul International. She is a
recognized specialist in the Financial
industry, Automotive and Telecom. Kako
holds a Masters Degree in Comparative Literature from the University
of Georgia. As a Japanese, she gained
deep understanding of foreign business practice by living 5 years in
the US and 3 years in France.
