Eric Perraudin

Eric Perraudin is a professional management consultant who started his career at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and PwC consulting with a focus on finance industry, technology and consumer goods. He specializes in strengthening corporate strategy and implementing it to quickly deliver measurable results to clients. Recently, he has advised several major companies to set up new Japan operations, define investment strategy, create investment teams and improve service operations of their acquisitions. Eric believes that bringing “best practice” of foreign management to Japan can bring spectacular results as shown by the Nissan turnaround and the stellar returns (60%) achieved by investors such as Ripplewood. Eric holds a Master in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Paris as well as an MBA form MIT Sloan School of Management. He is married to a Japanese woman and has been enjoying life in Japan for more than 15 years.

Sachi Watanabe

Sachi Watanabe is a confirmed management consultant specialized in helping international companies in industries like fashion and finance to introduce worldwide best practice in their Japanese subsidiaries. She has strong expertise in assisting foreign companies to enter the Japanese market or to improve their current Japan operations. She is also acting as an interim CFO for several foreign companies with expertise on IFRS, US GAAP and Japanese GAAP. She has a deep understanding of Japanese market and performed several market analysis to extend foreign companies position in Japan. She is appreciated as a professional consultant and facilitator that can effectively "fill the gap" between Japanese and foreign cultures. Sachi has lived 6 years in the UK and studied 2 years in the US where she earned a Masters degree in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University. She was also involved in the MIT Japan program to prepare international students for their internships in Japan.

Yumiko Taguchi

Yumiko Taguchi is a professional accountant who specializes in accounting for subsidiaries of foreign companies in Japan. She has a deep understanding of accounting process and she recently specialized in interim accounting assignments for clients who urgently need accounting services following the career mobility of their finance specialists. She graduated from Japan University and holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting. She loves foreign countries and is planning several stays in the US to develop further her understanding of foreign culture and clients business practice.  During her spare time, she enjoys music and playing Hawaian guitar.

Kako Tanzawa

Kako Tanzawa is an intercultural communication professional. Her advanced language skills are put to use in her role as a simultaneous conference interpreter where she helps Fortune 500 companies enter the Japanese market and successfully develop their presence in Japan. She is an "A" class interpreter and provides services to major interpreting agencies such as Simul International. She is a recognized specialist in the Financial industry, Automotive and Telecom. Kako holds a Masters Degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Georgia. As a Japanese, she gained deep understanding of foreign business practice by living 5 years in the US and 3 years in France.

Miki Horikoshi

Miki Horikoshi is a professional accountant who specializes in accounting for subsidiaries of foreign companies in Japan. She obtained a BA in management from Japan University. Before joining JMC, she worked for a major auto parts company handling company accounts payable.  She loves foreign countries and has stayed in New Zealand  for 8 months to develop her English and become familiar with Western culture. During her spare time, she enjoys drinking Japanese sake and shochu because her parents manage a sake shop. Recently she has been into climbing mountains.
