
Eric Perraudin is a professional management consultant who started his career at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and PwC consulting with a focus on finance industry, technology and consumer goods. He specializes in strengthening corporate strategy and implementing it to quickly deliver measurable results to clients. Recently, he has advised several major companies to set up new Japan operations, define investment strategy, create investment teams and improve service operations of their acquisitions. Eric believes that bringing “best practice” of foreign management to Japan can bring spectacular results as shown by the Nissan turnaround and the stellar returns (60%) achieved by investors such as Ripplewood. Eric holds a Master in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Paris as well as an MBA form MIT Sloan School of Management. He is married to a Japanese woman and has been enjoying life in Japan for more than 15 years.




Miki Horikoshi is a professional accountant who specializes in accounting for subsidiaries of foreign companies in Japan. She obtained a BA in management from Japan University. Before joining JMC, she worked for a major auto parts company handling company accounts payable. She loves foreign countries and has stayed in New Zealand for 8 months to develop her English and become familiar with Western culture. During her spare time, she enjoys drinking Japanese sake and shochu because her parents manage a sake shop. Recently she has been into climbing mountains.
